Our Story
Richard Simtob was born in 1969 as a driven entrepreneur. Throughout his career, he has made many active and passive investments in a variety of different companies.
In 2020, Richard Simtob and his son Brad co-founded Flatz Living, a workforce-housing apartment portfolio based in Lansing, Michigan. Today, this portfolio has grown to over 1,000 apartments in West Michigan.
Today, they work together to strengthen and grow their investment portfolio of businesses as a single-family investment firm.
