HISTORY

How did we start?

Simtob Management & Investment was founded in July 2020 when Bradley Simtob wanted to enter the multifamily industry.

With over 30 years of experience in the franchise industry and commercial real estate, Bradley’s father, Richard Simtob, has a wealth of knowledge to leverage. Bradley first started with a 11-unit apartment building in Lansing, Michigan close to Michigan State University where he was attending college at the time.

Since then, Bradley has built a team and continued adding properties to their portfolio in Lansing & Kalamazoo, Michigan focusing on projects with the ability to add value through strategic renovations and hands-on management.
